Charlie’s Pub
Charlie’s Irish Pub is named after the iconic saloon owned by Carlie Lustig, right here at the site of the Waterstreet Inn hotel. The original building that housed the saloon was built in 1890. Inside, it’s beautifully decorated in Victorian style with a full bar and offers a delicious range of imported and domestic beers, along with a wonderful pub-food style menu.
Today, Charlie’s Pub is the perfect gathering place for everyone in Stillwater, MN. There is live music at the Pub every Friday and Saturday night, and it opens up on the patio of the hotel in front of the St. Croix River, which just so happens to offer exceptional views of the Stillwater Lift Bridge.
